In her clinical negligence work Elizabeth acts successfully for both claimants and defendants in a wide variety of cases, including claims involving NHS Trusts, HM Prison Service, private dentists and the General Medical Council and is regularly instructed as a junior counsel in respect of high value clinical negligence trials, drafting and round-table settlements.

Elizabeth has particular experience in respect of:

·    Obstetrics (including premature births, CP, brachial plexus injuries, incontinence)

·    Gynaecology (including thermal ablation, sub-standard post operative care)
