Atlantic Chambers

Having been located for many years in Castle Street, Atlantic Chambers were born in 2003 when we relocated to custom designed premises at 4-6 Cook Street in the heart of the legal and commercial district of Liverpool.  Although a modern set we can trace our roots back to the very beginnings of the Liverpool bar.

Our aim is to meet the needs and expectations of our clients in every respect. We are a large multi-discipline set, and we have members at all levels of seniority including Queens Counsel.  Our clerking and administrative teams give us good quality support and are flexible and accommodating in order to meet your requirements.

We are proud to have been one of the first chambers in the country to obtain
Quality Mark accreditation from the Legal Services Commission and we are fully committed to maintaining the standards we achieved during that process.

We have specialists in Civil Litigation [including personal injury], Professional Negligence[including Clinical Negligence], Criminal law [including Proceeds of Crime], Family law, Employment lawPublic & Administrative law and Chancery & Commercial work. Several of our barristers are ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK.

We are ideally located only short distances from the
QEII Law Courts at Derby Square and the Civil Justice Centre at Vernon Street.  Our refurbished premises are designed to meet the needs of modern and efficient providers of legal services. Comfortable conference rooms are available as well as a video conferencing suite.  We have facilities to host multi-party Settlement Meetings as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution hearings. We have level access and disabled facilities.

Atlantic Chambers are committed to maintaining high standards of Client Care and Service Standards.  Client Client feedback is collected and examined regularly.  Please click here to read our Client Care letter which sets out some of our key policies and services.

If you require our services out-of-hours, contact numbers are provided on the
