What do we do?
We give advice and provide advocacy in nearly all areas of property, commercial, and insolvency law. For more details click here

 
Where?
We cover the whole of England and Wales.
We advise:
  • in writing
  • in conference in Chambers, at clients’ offices or premises, or on site, to suit your convenience.
We provide advocacy services for all civil courts and most tribunals throughout England and Wales.
 
How are we accessed?
We accept instructions:
  • from Solicitors
  • from other professionals, through Professional Client Access
  • in some cases, directly from the public, through Licensed Access
What will it cost?
Charges vary according to the nature and complexity of the work. We are happy to agree:
  • hourly rates
  • fixed fees for particular pieces of work
We will work under Conditional Fee Agreements, and we accept publicly funded work.
