Atlantic Chambers have a number of members who have specialist practices dealing with a wide variety of Clinical Negligence cases. 

Given an increasing case load we have  launched a dedicated Clinical Negligence Group to provide a service to both Law Society and AvMA Panel solicitors and also the increasing numbers of non-panel solicitors handling clinical negligence cases funded on a Conditional Fee Agreement basis. We shall continue to provide specialist knowledge and skills across the spectrum of clinical negligence.
