David Tinkler

David Tinkler specialises in Employment Law and Civil Litigation.

David has considerable experience in employment disputes involving local authorities and NHS Trusts and in matters involving Education Law, including cases before the Special Needs and Disability Tribunal.  David sits as a Legal Advisor to the School Appeals Board.  David has also been instructed in relation to immigration and planning matters.

In preparation for the Administrative Court opening in Manchester in 2009, David attended the course of Administrative Court Procedures seminars carried out by Brian Thompson of Liverpool University Law School at Atlantic Chambers in 2008. David further attended the Administrative Law Bar Association's Introduction to Judicial Review Course in 2007.

David is keen to develop his public law practice acting for both claimants and defendants in the areas of employment, education, immigration and planning.
