Atlantic Chambers Property Law Conference 2010
Atlantic Chambers Chancery & Commerical Group are delighted to announce that this year’s Property Law Conference will be held at the prestigious new Hilton Hotel at Liverpool One on Thursday, 14th October 2010. The all-day Conference will follow the format of previous years, including a full 3 course lunch and will be accredited with 5.5 CPD points.
The keynote speaker for the Conference will be His Honour Judge Hodge QC (Specialist Chancery Judge) who will speak on the topic of Rectification For Mistake and we are also extremely pleased to have Martin Roberts (presenter of BBC TV’s Homes Under the Hammer) who will deliver his forecast of what may be around the corner in the property market generally.
In addition, guest speakers, Gerry Metcalfe (a Forensic Document Examiner with Hayward Associates LLP) will discuss forged signatures, whilst James Kersh from Sutton Kersh will deliver his thoughts on Auctions.
