ATLANTIC Chambers is very sorry to announce that our dear colleague Tom Eaton lost his courageous battle against cancer and passed away on Thursday March 18 2010.
Our heartfelt sympathy is sent to his devoted wife Mary and children, Freddie and Alice.
A service of thanksgiving for Tom's life was held on Saturday April 10 at a packed St Hildeburgh's Church in Hoylake.

Judge Henry Globe, Recorder of Liverpool, delivered a eulogy on Monday April 12 to a full courtroom at Liverpool's Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts.
Mr Richard Marks QC, leader of the Northern Circuit, responded and expressed the sympathy and offered condolences on behalf of Tom's many friends and colleagues across the Circuit.
Norman Jones, vice president of Liverpool Law Society, added his condolences on behalf of the solicitor’s profession.
