Court of Protection CPD Conference

Atlantic Chambers will host their inaugural Court of Protection Conference on Friday 16^th July at the prestigious new Hilton Hotel at 3 Thomas Steers Way, Liverpool L1 8LW.

We have a very interesting mix of speakers and topics:

Dr Sam Vovnik and Rachael Banks will talk about capacity.
Jane MacGregor a partner with Lees Solicitors LLP about her work as a deputy.
Malcolm Sharpe will discuss welfare decisions and recent case law.
Gwynneth Knowles about Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.

The Conference carries 3 CPD points and registration and a buffet lunch will commence at 1.00pm. Malcolm Sharpe will open the Conference at 2pm which will conclude by 5.15pm. There is no charge for attendance and an informal drinks reception will follow.
