New client care service

Atlantic Chambers introduce a new client care paperwork tracking service.

The vast majority of our paperwork instructions are returned within our 28 day turnaround target, or earlier if requested, however as an additional service to our clients we’ve introduced a new system to feedback information to you regarding progress of any paperwork instructions currently before counsel.

If you know our six-digit case record number please quote it in your enquiry or, alternatively your client's name plus the name of the barrister instructed.  This will enable us to identify the case and process your enquiry.
 
Please click here to be transferred to our “Contact Us” page and follow the Paperwork Progress Enquiries link, from where you’ll be able to submit an e-mail enquiry and receive an update direct from counsel on the progress of any instructions currently in chambers.
