§          Scott played a key role in setting up the Northern Administrative Law Association so as to provide support to practitioners in North of England when the Administrative Court starts sitting in Manchester in 2009 and he attended the 2008 course of Administrative Court Procedures seminars carried out by  Brian Thompson of Liverpool University Law School for Atlantic Chambers.
