Arlene has a dual practice in Family and Personal Injury Law.

Arlene is a highly experienced practitioner and is well known for her tenacious, no-nonsense approach. She demonstrates a meticulous and methodical approach to facts and figures within high value divorce cases and personal injury claims alike.

She is well known as being a strong advocate with the skills to deal with demanding and sensitive issues involving protracted disputes over matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and liability for quantum of damages.

Arlene is a fluent Spanish and French speaker. 

Prior to becoming a barrister Arlene had a career in International Commercial management.

She is trained to accept direct access work, and has completed training in Collaborative Law and Mediation.

Arlene is a trained Collaborative family Lawyer and Mediator, who practises in Child Law and Ancillary Relief, covering a nationwide base across England and Wales dealing with a wide variety of disputes:
