Family Law

A former Solicitor and partner at a Major Liverpool Practice.  As a Solicitor he practiced in Family work and Criminal Law becoming a Higher Court Advocate in Crime.

Mark was called to the Bar in 2002 and practices in all aspects of Public and Private Law Children work including predominantly acting for parents and guardians.  From Private Law Child Arrangement Orders through to complex fact findings including serious Non Accidental Injury and Sexual Abuse.  He is regularly led by Queens Counsel in such areas of work and has a very good working knowledge of funding in such areas and applications for Leading Counsel.  His former experience as a Criminal Solicitor and Barrister provides invaluable expertise in Fact Finding and Final Hearings on all levels.

He also undertakes work in financial disputes and all areas of direct access.

In his spare time he trains in martial arts Tae Kwon Do (Black Belt) Boxing and Krav Maga.
