Olivia transferred to the Bar in 2007 having practised as a
solicitor for 5 ½ years. She obtained her higher rights of audience
in civil proceedings in November 2006 and has previously practised
in Queensland, Australia.
Olivia specialises in all aspects of Civil Litigation including contractual disputes, Consumer Credit, debt recovery, building work disputes, personal injury, motoring disputes, and professional negligence.
She also specialises in costs disputes and recovery, and has the benefit of her pervious experience as a solicitor in respect of the same.
Olivia has particular knowledge and expertise in credit hire cases.
She offers regular workshop sessions, and provides CPD courses.
Olivia is aware of the time restraints imposed upon solicitors and is happy to agree a 7 day turnaround upon request.
Olivia is available through the Bar Direct public access scheme, and regularly travels nationwide.
