Peter regularly advise and represents clients in all areas of

Peter has very substantial experience in Coroners' Law with a particular interest in police/custody deaths.
Peter frequently sits an Assistant Coroner in 2 areas and he has a thorough understanding of the law and procedure in the Coroners' Court.
Peter has regularly been instructed in a wide range of Inquests including multi-day complex Article 2 jury cases. Peter's experience includes: police/custody deaths, workplace fatalities, hospital deaths, road traffic collisions and deaths abroad whilst undertaking organised outdoor activities.
Peter is able to help families to gain a better understanding of how their loved one came by their death and to assist other Interested Persons in ensuring that the facts surrounding the death are clearly established and seeking to minimise the risk of reputational damage wherever possible.
