Family Group strengthened by new members08/08/12
Atlantic Chambers Family Group has been strengthened by the arrival of a number of new tenants during the last couple of months. Formerly of Oriel Chambers, Helen Brandon and Tom Fazackerley joined in March and April 2012 respectively. A senior member of the Bar who also sits as a Deputy District Judge, Helen brings with her a strong practice covering all aspects of family work including children and Ancillary Relief. A former solicitor, Tom has a busy Ancillary Relief practice and is regularly instructed in high net worth cases. He also acts in public and private law children proceedings.
We are also pleased to announce that Eleonore Berthelsen has successfully completed her third-six pupillage and has accepted an offer of tenancy. Eleonore will undertake work in all aspects of family law. Finally we would like to welcome Rhian Livesley back to hambers following her maternity leave.
Head of the Family Practice Group, Gwynneth Knowles QC commented: "I'm delighted that Helen, Tom and Eleonore have joined the Family Group. In addition, with the return of Rhian, I am confident that the group can meet the many challenges facing all family practitioners and can continue to provide a first class service to our clients".
