- Andrew Williams distils recent case law to consider the prospects of success in Proprietary Estoppel claims where land is promised to be handed over on death.
- Hugh Derbyshire considers adverse possession on unregistered land including rectification of the register, concurrent registration of land in two titles, occupation by implied consent and the criminalisation of squatting.
