Kitzing EWHC 810 (Ch), Ch 485. It will explore how a dispute about the nature and extent of sporting rights and ancillary rights
of way may arise and fall to be resolved in practice. It will focus less upon the substantive law than upon the dynamics of hostile litigation
and will seek to put in context what is taught at University.
